Second Major Pro-Taxpayer Organization Endorsement for Harmer

(Stockton, CA) -- The Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC announced today its endorsement of Republican David Harmer in the 11th Congressional District, adding another major pro-taxpayer endorsement to the growing list of Harmer supporters. Last week, National Tax Limitation Committee President Lew Uhler announced his support for Harmer.
